The Client is defined as any Individual, group of Individuals acting together, Corporate Body, Club, Society or other Association, whether or not engaged in any Business activity. Who uses or purchases the Goods and or Services provided by The Company.

Goods and Services (hereinafter referred to as the Products) include but are not limited to: Physical Goods. Digital Goods of any type. Information. Advice. Assistance. Coaching. Consulting. Opinions. Creative Services e.g. Software Development, Web Development, Graphic Design, Creative Writing. Business Services. Any other product or service as mutually agreed between The Company and The Client. By purchasing or using such Products the Client agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

The Statutory Rights of The Company and The Client are not affected.
